The equal opportunities at Otto-von-Guericke-Universität is corresponding to prorector for research, technology and equal opportunities for women.
It's implement to the central plane of the office for equal opportunity commissioner and local in the faculties, administration and central facilities.
The Research Training Group offers their members for instance:
- parent-child-rooms in building 2, 18 and 40
- take part of workshops and events
- financial aid during the pregnancy and parental leave for continuing their scientific work
